You can propose a new Special Issue via this form
https://wseas.com/form/specialissues-form/upload-form/index.php

We do not provide special fees or discounts for articles submitted to a Special Issue. Proposers are required to contact us from their institutional academic email address. Proposals submitted from general webmail domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com, or hotmail.com) will not be accepted. The proposers must also submit a brief curriculum vitae (CV) or short biography, along with the URLs for their official academic webpage and their Google Scholar profile. Preference will be given to proposers who have published in our conferences or journals within the preceding 24 months. For inquiries, contact us at support@wseas.org
Limitations:

The papers cannot be from the same country. Also, for reasons of International Diversity we do not wish papers from countries in case that the specific journal has already published many papers from these countries in the last 2 years. Contact us for more details: support @ wseas.org
