The committee decided the following criteria regarding the WSEAS Keynote and Plenary Speakers:
1. Distinguished Record of Accomplishments and Impact in the Field of the Conference
2. A Body of Research Work that Advances the Current State of the Art in the Field
3. Prestigious University Affiliation or Prestigious Industrial Affiliation and Outstanding Professional Stature
4. Recent Publications in ISI and SCOPUS Journals and Conferences
5. High Citation Record
As of this day, the WSEAS Conference Organizers are required to strictly follow the above critiria and invite Keynote and Plenary Speakers who fulfil those high academic standards.
