Abstract: It was C. You, who has given the concept of uncertainty theory in 2009. The scenario of this paper is to define a new notion of spaces using generalized ∆- operator and the uncertainty theory. Also, certain basic structures will be given. Moreover, inclusion relations and their counter examples will be given.
