Abstract: In the present work we consider the problem of the kernel estimation of the distribution function and the quantiles of this distribution in dose-effect relationship when the data are observed with error. We make both theoretical and computer research of estimations of the multivariate estimators of the distribution function in dose-effect rela-tionship and in a case when measurements are made with an error having normal distribution. We offer also procedure of reduction of a measurement error.
