Abstract: This paper shows the process to develop a Web Application totally CIM-Based, the standards and the development of necessary tools used to achieve the semantic interoperability between legacy systems of Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE by its Spanish acronym) in Mexico, as well as the system functionality.
