Abstract: In this paper, the problems of finite-time boundedness for a class of discrete-time systems with time-varying delay and norm-bounded disturbance is investigated. By constructing a time-varying Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and utilizing the linear matrix inequality approach, the finite-time boundedness criterion is established to ensure that the discrete-time system with time-varying delay and norm-bounded disturbance is finite-time bounded. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
