Abstract: In recent years, the realm of decision management research focused on supply chain sustainability has grown significantly and emerged as a highly active and productive area. The foundation of sustainability relies on the concept of innovation. Traditional business practices and environmental responsibility are being transformed by the incorporation of digitalization in supply chain sustainability. The scope of digitalization within supply chains has expanded to cover digital goods and services, alongside the management of supply chain operations within companies that are undergoing these swift transformations. The research proposes a conceptual framework to analyze supply chain sustainability through digitalization. The study aims to examine the interactions of digital technologies and sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) benefits and challenges. The integration of digital and supply chain proposes a transformative approach for firms aiming to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs). Finally, the study provides a comprehensive insight into future studies on the impact and integration of digitalization to achieve supply chain sustainability through academic and industry research studies in this field.
