Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine factors that impact the sustainability of the organizations in the engineering, electrical and information technology in Jordan and examine the moderating role of digital leadership. The data of 396 leaders were collected and analyzed using the quantitative approach and PLS-SEM. The results reveal that the factors of technology, organization, and environment have significant effects on organizational sustainability, with AI complexity being the one that does not show any significant direct effect. They are most important organizational factors with internal ability being the most important. Digital leadership has a significant moderating effect on most relationships, strengthening positive relationships, and weakening or even turning negative relationships positive, but not having an impact on the relationship between regulatory pressure and sustainability. The model explains 79.8% of the variation in organizational sustainability (R² = 0.798).
