Financial Education and Working Capital Management in Micro and Small Enterprises in Peru – 2025

Abstract: Financial education is fundamental for efficient working capital management within micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the service sector. The study aims to determine the influence of financial education on working capital management in MSEs in the service sector of the Avelino Wholesale Market – Arequipa 2025. The research employed a quantitative, basic approach with an explanatory scope and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The study sample comprises 200 micro and small enterprises (MSEs) located in the Avelino Wholesale Market, Arequipa, Peru. The survey and questionnaire were used as data collection techniques and instruments.
