Abstract: With a focus on the mediating function of supply chain management practices (SCMP hereinafter), this study examines the relationship between supply chain performance and profitability and Sustainable Operations Management Practices (SOMP, hereinafter). A survey technique was used to gather data from 345 respondents in a variety of sectors. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM hereinafter) was used in the study and a questionnaire modified from previously approved scales was used to guarantee validity and reliability of the study. The findings show that SOMP has a substantial impact on supply chain profitability and efficiency. The study offers helpful advice on coordinating sustainability objectives with operational plans and emphasizes the strategic significance of SCMP in attaining long-term resilience and profitability.
