The Impact of Total Quality Management on Organizational Performance: An Applied Study for the Industrial Sector in Khartoum

Abstract: This study investigates the connection between organizational performance (OP) and the application of crucial total quality management (TQM) aspects in Sudanese businesses. Organizational leadership (OL), customer satisfaction and relationships (CS), human resources focus (HR), and strategic planning and development (SPD) were the four TQM factors covered in the questionnaire, which had 150 respondents. Organizational performance is assessed using two primary dimensions: satisfaction and business results. A range of different strategies, such as clever PLS, frequency checks, descriptive analysis, SEM evaluation, correlation, and a couple of regression evaluation tests, were applied to method the records obtained. According to the study findings, human resources focus and strategic planning, and development improve company and customer satisfaction outcomes, while the effects on customer satisfaction, relationships, and organizational leadership were negligible or unclear.
