On the Creation of the Architecture «Data Mesh» Based on the ESIMO

Abstract: An overview of the development of data architectures from centralized systems for providing data on the marine environment to the “Data Mesh” architecture based on the Unified State System of Information on the Situation in the World Ocean is presented. The unified system takes on the integration of new types and kinds of data, which facilitates the transition to the “Data Mesh” architecture. Data is obtained by REST services. “Data Mesh” services will be provided through catalogs of information resources and services. Data providers use a standardized set of REST services. The proposed approach allows for faster development of new services and delivery of data to users. The prospects for the development of a network of linked distributed data using digital twins and knowledge graphs are shown.
