Abstract: In this article, we explore the cellular dynamics of Lymphoblasts in patients undergoing therapy
for acute lymphoblastic leukemia, emphasizing potential allergic reactions. We also extend previous
models to incorporate desensitization processes linked to hypersensitivity caused by chemotherapy.
Furthermore, we analyze the interactions between the immune system and cancer progression, excluding
allergies, using linear stability analysis and mathematical simulations.
