Abstract: This research explores the dynamic relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and the competitiveness of SMEs on the dynamic map of Jordan, Amman. Through the intricate function of EO, this research accounts for how engagement with Business Incubator Services (BIS) becomes a driving factor in innovation and achievement. Given the lack of studies examining the impact of EO on competitiveness, particularly in light of supporting BIs in Jordan, the research drew on previous studies and statistics on global trends to enhance entrepreneurs' skills in their businesses. Therefore, this research bridges the gap in the lack of prior research on this subject in Amman and also creates awareness of the importance of considering the services provided by Business Incubators (BIs). A questionnaire was designed as a tool to confirm the research hypotheses and answer its questions for a sample of 136 enterprise managers who are members of individual BIs in Amman, whereas the research utilized the descriptive-analytical method and largely used the Smart PLS V4 software to analyze the data. A significant relationship exists between the research variables, as indicated by the questionnaire participants. BIS had a positive indirect effect on the link between EO and the competitiveness of Jordanian SMEs. The research provided vital and realistic evidence regarding the relationship of BIS with Jordanian SMEs and how they contribute to improving competitiveness. Among its most important recommendations were: first, increased cooperation and networking between SMEs and BIs in a way that creates a successful influence extending to all segments of entrepreneurs; second, SMEs need to make improved EOs a top priority to be more effective and competitive in the fieldwork. The research enlightens us on how BIS affects entrepreneurs and Amman's competitiveness, opening doors for more studies that investigate the dynamics of BIS in Jordan in more detail.
