Abstract: The study aimed to find the impact of challenges facing digital entrepreneurship in Jordanian small business. A questionnaire was developed by the researchers to collect the necessary data. 300 questionnaires were distributed to the sample members. Only 250 used for analysis. The study found that the respondents feel strongly about digital entrepreneurship meaning that they are facing digital entrepreneurship challenges in small businesses in Jordan. It is seen that infrastructure and legal issues have a statistically significant effect on challenges faced by digital entrepreneurship with Sig =0.00,infa effect B= 0.331i.e every unit of change in infrastructure when other dimensions left without change affects challenges faced by digital entrepreneurship by 0.331 unit. Legal issue affects challenges faced by digital entrepreneurship positively with B=0.522 meaning that every change of one unit in legal issue affects challenges faced by digital entrepreneurship by 0.522 units. Now instead of taking all dimensions of the Independent Variable combined, we shall test the effect of each dimension by itself. The study recommended the need for officials in the various departments to pay attention to encouraging digital entrepreneurship. Overcoming the difficulties facing them and providing good communications infrastructure and laws and legislation regulating the digital entrepreneurship sector.
