Abstract: The resilient university library is built upon a multifaceted framework that encompasses physical, digital, and organizational dimensions. At the physical level, infrastructure and environmental considerations are addressed through the integration of sustainable building practices, climate-resilient architecture, and robust disaster preparedness plans. In the digital realm, the library embraces cutting-edge technologies to enhance accessibility, security, and adaptability. A robust digital infrastructure ensures the preservation of digital collections, facilitates remote access to resources, and employs advanced cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive information. The implementation of a cloud-based system enhances data storage capabilities and facilitates seamless collaboration with other institutions. Furthermore, the resilient library actively engages with the university community, fostering partnerships with academic departments and leveraging student involvement. Such collaborations enhance the library's role as a central hub for knowledge dissemination, research support, and community building. By adopting this comprehensive framework, universities can fortify their libraries against a range of challenges, ensuring the continued provision of essential services and resources to the academic community. Based on the perceptions of students, they hope to have a new approach to using the university library besides just using the university library as information retrieval for their study. Thus, this paper will investigate the physical university library transformation after the pandemic. This is the place when all the students started to be physically on campus and have normal routine life based on the innovative approach of enhancing the capacity and usage of the university library.
