Author:
Abstract: This research aims to 1) analyze business management models in the industrial sector for managing natural disasters. 2) To investigate the elements of business management in the industrial sector for managing natural disaster situations. The population for this study consists of industrial entrepreneurs certified with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 standards who have experienced natural disasters within and outside industrial zones, totaling 500 samples. The research instrument used is a questionnaire, and the statistical methods for data analysis include confirmatory factor analysis and second-order confirmatory factor analysis. The confirmatory model analysis of business management in the industrial sector for managing natural disaster situations comprises four components: Enterprise Risk Management, Integrating Business Planning, Resource Management, and Organization Management. The results of the first-order confirmatory factor analysis align well with empirical data (p = .250, CMIN/DF = 1.072, GFI = .966, RMSEA = .012), with factor loadings ranging from .86 to 1.26 and statistical significance at the .001 level. The results of the second-order confirmatory factor analysis also align well with empirical data (p = .770, CMIN/DF = 1.160, GFI = .954, RMSEA = .018), with factor loadings ranging from .82 to .90 and statistical significance at the .001 level.
