Abstract: The industrial revolution 4.0 is considered an important transformation period that has a profound impact on the labor market. Under the impact of the industrial revolution 4.0, the labor market has many opportunities and faces many barriers and challenges. The labor market is the place where the buying and selling of labor power by employers and employees takes place, therefore, in addition to being affected by the superstructure, the labor market is also affected by the impact of the superstructure. of the legal system and related policies. The labor market is ensured through the creation of the environment and institutions by the state to regulate arising relationships. In addition, the state also prescribes policies related to the labor market and those that deal with its deficiencies.
