SummitsA Summit is a Business to Business (B2B) conference, a professional gathering designed specifically for the world of industry, commerce, focusing entirely on interactions and transactions between companies, rather than between a business and the consumer. The core audience consists of industry professionals, executives, buyers, and sales teams from various companies within a particular sector. The purpose of these events is four-fold: to provide a platform for knowledge sharing, to facilitate strategic networking, to generate high-quality leads, and to drive long-term business growth. A typical Summit (i.e. B2B conference) agenda is structured around achieving these goals, featuring thought-provoking keynote speakers, insightful panel discussions on emerging trends and challenges, and interactive workshops for in-depth skill development. Furthermore, a crucial element is the presence of exhibitor booths, which allow participating companies to showcase their solutions and products directly to their targeted corporate audience. Ultimately, Summits (i.e. B2B conferences) are a strategic tool for professionals seeking to gain a competitive edge, learn best practices, and establish the meaningful, face-to-face connections that form the foundation of successful business partnerships.JANUARY 2026: Artificial Intelligence Summit 2026, Athens, Greece, January 16-18, 2026. Our Editors-in-Chief declare, confirm, certify and sign the substantial, important, line by line peer review process and our high-rejection rates.
One of the most important Innovations of WSEAS is the establishment of the Certifications
of the peer Review process.
Our authors declare, confirm, certify and sign that they have received substantial, important, line by line peer review with several and substantial comments, important remarks and hints.
Authors must fill in and sign the following Certification - Evaluation for the Review Process:
www.wseas.com/documents/certification.docx
We do not publish any paper without this Certification. After 2019, the Certifications are published together with the articles online.
The testimonials of our authors are an additional evidence of the excellent work work being done with our network of reviewers
Excellent articles are published in the most prestigious magazines for WSEAS from time to time. See here some of them
Before the commencement of the Peer Review, organized by Editor-in-Chief or some Associate Editor, WSEAS makes a pre-screening quality control / review checking the following ...
Responses to Reviewers (required): For every revised version, the authors will reply using these tables responses.docx. They will upload them via the web or will send them by email. Authors will have to make all the changes, modifications, additions, studies, corrections asked by the reviewers responses.docx.
Taking serious view of the plagiarism in academic research works, the WSEAS has decided to penalise the authors who might be found guilty of plagiarising others' work, including their own. We use tools as Turnitin and iThenticate for checking plagiarism and self-plagiarism before the standard peer review process.
Each published article in WSEAS received DOI by Crossref and indexed in Crossref. Crossref makes research outputs easy to find, cite, link, assess, and reuse. A DOI is not only an identifier for each paper, but a also a usueful URL for this article.
WSEAS participates now in Semantic Scholar index / search engine.
WSEAS Publications have digital preservation in Portico.
WSEAS participates now in CNKI index / search engine.

WSEAS organises an active programme of short courses, the majority of which take place at our building in our Lodge in Marathon Beach, Attica, Greece. The courses are aimed at both industry and academia. Attracting international participants, the courses are presented by well known specialists from around the world. During these courses we can discuss collaborations for joint research. Students that want to collaborate with us can elaborate their Ph.D. dissertation in the University of Athens or in some other University that has signed Memorandum with WSEAS.
For More Details...Also, we would like to inform you the 100% of the WSEAS staff (even the secretariats) are currently with Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, Biology, Mathematics and Computer Science.

WSEAS has one of the more strict and robust academic peer review processes worldwide. WSEAS has launched a compulsory certification from all the authors and for all the papers in order to certify and authenticate that each accepted paper by the Editors-in-Chief is backed by a minimum of 3 reviewers' positive recommendation.
Authors must fill in and sign the following Certification - Evaluation for the Review Process: certification.docx
We do not publish any paper without this Certification. After 2019, the Certifications are published together with the articles online.
Before the commencement of the Peer Review, organized by Editor-in-Chief or some Associate Editor, WSEAS makes a pre-screening quality control / review checking the following:
a) Plagiarism and Self-Plagiarism avoidance control via Turnitin and iThenticate.
b) The English Language of the paper.
c) Affiliation of the prospective authors (i.e. Do they belong to a University or to a real
company or to a real institute? can their university be identified?
can their Academic URL be identified on the web?
Do they use academic/professional email addresses? have they provided a phone number when they uploaded their paper?
Does their IP, from where uploaded their paper, agree with their country?).
d) The References (i.e. Are the references adequate? Does the paper include references from the last 5 years?
Can the references be traced easily via google, Do the references report the year of the publication?).
e) Are their indications that some prospective authors have not substantially contributed to the research?
For example a paper in Civil Engineering with an author from a surgery clinic in a Hospital.
Roughly, 20% of the papers are usually rejected in this pre-screening quality control / review checking. This acts as a first filtering which saves valuable time of the Reviewers and the Editors-in-Chief.
Since 1996, the WSEAS offers consistently high quality, line by line, thorough, rigorous, strict peer review process and very high editorial standards of care to its authors and readers. This page contains some comments from just a few of our authors about their experience of publishing with us: Testimonials
If some authors feel that they have not received, at least, 3 positive opinions from 3 independent reviewers with strong peer review, they should not sign this form. All the Certifications - Evaluations of the Review Process for each paper are available to everybody after a simple request by email support@wseas.org, wseas.transactions@gmail.com
