Authors: , , , , ,
Abstract: The current complexity of the world demands further approaches in how Higher Education Institutes can respond to the diverse topics that are relevant to the curriculum´s learning journey and market needs. This academic article aims to provide a dialogue between an analysis of qualitative literature review and how market-based education is being transformed into sustainable internationalization of education. In that sense, and observing that the world is becoming more conflicted but also interconnected, sustainable education becomes an approach that meets diverse needs to prepare participants for the future. The article concludes that further analysis is required to be developed because, despite the implementation of internationalization approaches in the classroom, more effort is recommended to persuade to produce an institutional change. This institutional change embraces delivery mode and length of participants´ mobility, perception of Higher Education´s body, and professionalization of professors.
