This research will use the SAW (simple additive weighting) method. This decision support system has helped facilitate the process of assessing and selecting the best employees at the Company. This decision support system can minimize injustice in selecting the best employees. It even saves an HRD manager's time in determining the ranking of the best employees. This research is expected to provide an effective and efficient solution in determining the best employee candidates who deserve rewards.
