By using multivariate analysis with PLS-SEM and multigroup analysis (MGA), the research concluded that the level of religiosity has a significant positive effect on work skills and wages (labor income) both directly and indirectly. This happens to both male and female labor groups, in the Home Embroidery Industry which uses manual or simple technology. This research provides implications for government policy materials in developing countries, especially for Muslim-majority populations, as well as filling research gaps that currently have not been targeted by many researchers.
<publication_date media_type="online"><month>4</month><day>4</day><year>2025</year></publication_date><publication_date media_type="print"><month>4</month><day>4</day><year>2025</year></publication_date><pages><first_page>470</first_page><last_page>483</last_page></pages><publisher_item><item_number item_number_type="article_number">43</item_number></publisher_item><ai:program xmlns:ai="http://www.crossref.org/AccessIndicators.xsd" name="AccessIndicators"><ai:free_to_read start_date="2025-04-04"/><ai:license_ref applies_to="am" start_date="2025-04-04">https://wseas.com/journals/bae/2025/a845107-2759.pdf</ai:license_ref></ai:program><archive_locations><archive name="Portico"/></archive_locations><doi_data><doi>10.37394/23207.2025.22.43</doi><resource>https://wseas.com/journals/bae/2025/a845107-2759.pdf</resource></doi_data><citation_list><citation key="ref0"><doi>10.1080/13562517.2020.1863345</doi><unstructured_citation>P.
